- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not willing to work with customers. Our account was closed and charged a $50 dollar fee because it was negative even though there was 4 direct deposits a month we tried to explain that the account which was -$20 would be in the positive after the next deposit and could they please take off or lower the fee. With management involvement we we told coldly "it's our policy". It is also their policy to charge overdraft fees, and we have had those reversed in the past.
